Who we are

Our team consists of experts in the fields of medicine, biology, physics, computer science, social sciences and humanities. We have been committed to prevention and health promotion since 2012 and prepare the available medical knowledge in a comprehensible way. In this way, it serves the effective prevention of diseases. To this end, we develop scientifically based measures, e.g. for schools, universities and companies, and carry out our own research projects. One focus of our work is the prevention of headaches.

Why we do it

The WHO ranks headaches as one of the most disabling diseases worldwide. 66.7 % of women and 53.2 % of men in Germany suffer from them regularly. Migraine, tension headache and medication overuse headache are the most common.

Most of the time, headaches are not perceived by the sufferers themselves, but also by society, as a disease in its own right. They are then combated with over-the-counter medicines and without medical care.

Very few people know how headaches develop and how they can prevent them. This is where our work comes in.

If you already suffer from headaches, we will show you what you can do to reduce the frequency of attacks.

If you do not have headaches, we will help you to organise your everyday life in a healthy way. In this way, you actively prevent the occurrence of headaches.
